SAPS promoting tourism and ensuring that our visitors are safe

Eastern Cape: Promoting tourism and ensuring that our visitors are safe in our country, is vital to our economy.

Captain Motloung not only ensured that a group of tourists were safe, but also promoted the image of the South African Police Service to the international visitors.

Yesterday, 26 April 2017, the communication Officer, Captain Motloung met tourists from Switzerland and South Africa who were viewing the beautiful sights and landscapes in the Eastern Cape.

The tourists were found sitting next to the caves in the mountainous region of Mt Fltecher. Captain Motloung drummed up a conversation with them and welcomed them to our part of this beautiful country.

The tourists assured him that they felt safe and were delighted and appreciative to chat to a member of the SAPS who cared about their safety. The happy tourists invited Captain Motloung to take photographs with them.
