A man and a woman, both in their 20s , were left seriously injured this afternoon when the vehicle they were travelling in rolled off the R617 in Landies Hill, KwaZulu Natal.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene and found the vehicle lying some distance away from the road.
Upon closer inspection, paramedics discovered a man and a woman, both in their 20s, near their vehicle. Paramedics assessed the patients and found both to be in a serious condition.
Paramedics treated both patients and provided them with advanced life support interventions. Both patients were later transported to Life Hilton hospital for further treatment.
The local authorities were on the scene to investigate further.
