1 injured in crash on Old Main Road and Mason Road in Pinetown

One person has sustained moderate injuries after three vehicles collided on Old Main Road and Mason Road in Pinetown around 09:30 this morning.

Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that three vehicles had collided in a rear end collision on Old Main Rd. One patient had sustained moderate injuries and was stabilised by Advanced Life Support Paramedics on the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for the further care that she required.

At this stage the exact cause of the crash is unknown however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further.
