A joint covert operation between Isipingo Beach CPF Patrollers, eThekwini Outer South Cluster Task Team assisted by Alpha Alarms led to a foiled drug deal that was taking place at the Civic Hall yesterday afternoon.
The suspected drug dealer was arrested and drugs with a street value of R1, 000 was confiscated.
