Fraud suspects arrested at the intersection of Chris Hani and Krishna Roads.

At 11:35 on Friday, the Marshall Security Emergency Contact Centre, received multiple panic activations from an automotive spares dealership in Chris Hani (North Coast) Road. Armed reaction officers were immediately dispatched and on further investigation it was ascertained that two men had attempted to make a purchase at the business, using fraudulent bank cards.

A description of the suspects vehicle and registration was circulated to all Marshall Security vehicles in the area and the vehicle was spotted traveling south on Chris Hani Road where it was brought to a stop at the intersection of Chris Hani and Krishna Roads.

The suspects were found in possession of several bank and chain store account cards.

The men were arrested and handed over to the South African Police Services for further investigation and processing.
