A female pedestrian was killed after being knocked down by a truck on the N12 in Klerksdorp early this morning.
When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene, the woman was found lying on the side of the road.
Unfortunately, there was nothing paramedics could do for the woman and she was declared dead on the scene.
The exact circumstances of the incident are not yet known to our paramedics but authorities were on the scene for further investigation
