A Policewoman has been killed this morning on Bonela Road near Eskotene Road in Cato Manor just after 6 am this morning.
Rescue Care Paramedics responded to the shooting to find the police lady on the roadside. Unfortunately, she had sustained major injuries and there was nothing more paramedics could do and she was declared deceased on the scene. The victim is believed to be in her thirties.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting is unknown however SAPS was in attendance and will be investigating further.
