Sherwood man found dead on M13

The body of a man, believed to be in his 40s, was found dead on the M13 Bridge in Sherwood, KwaZulu Natal.

ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on the scene at approximately 08h23 to find the body of a man lying on the side of the road.

Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained a fatal stab wound to his chest. Unfortunately, the man had already succumbed to his injuries

Nothing more could be done for him and he was declared dead by another service.

Paramedics and authorities were called to the scene by a local security service.

Local authorities will be investigating this matter further.
