Two men have been injured after a roof collapsed at a construction site in Marbleray Road Newlands East this morning around 8 am.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that somehow the roof had collapsed leaving two men injured. Advanced Life Support Paramedics worked to stabilize the men on the scene before transporting them through to a nearby hospital for the further care that they required.
At this stage, the events leading up to the roof collapsing is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
