5 Injured in Pinetown taxi crash

Five people have been injured after two taxis and a delivery vehicle collided on Otto Volek Road near the M19 in Pinetown on Wednesday morning.

Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene just after 8am. They found that two taxis and a delivery vehicle had collided in a rear end format. Five people had sustained various injuries and were stabilise don the scene before being transported to various hospitals for the further care that they required.

At this stage the events leading up to the collision is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
