Five people have been injured after three vehicles collided on Shongweni Road West of Durban on Saturday afternoon just after 1pm.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that three vehicles had collided with one then veering off the road down an embankment. A total of five people had sustained various injuries and were stabilised on the scene before being transported to various Durban Hospitals for the further care that they required.
At this stage the events leading up to the collision are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
