Several people suffered minor to severe injuries in separate accidents on the North Coast over the weekend.
Reaction Unit South Africa attended to multiple vehicle collisions, pedestrian-vehicle accidents (PVA) & single vehicle accidents & transported the injured to hospitals in Phoenix, Verulam & Tongaat.
Most accidents were caused by motorists that were driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver of a VW Polo reportedly crashed as a result of brake failure.
