Members of the South African Police Service in Mpumalanga are in pursuit of two suspects who allegedly kidnapped a 17-year-old girl on 07 October 2018, at Mhluzi near Middelburg.
It is alleged that on the day in question, the girl allegedly left home to go and fetch her younger sister but never returned home. The matter was reported to the police wherein a missing person inquiry was then registered and a search instituted through the assistance of the family. The girl was found on Tuesday, 09 October 2018, at Extension 08 in Mhluzi after a thorough search.
Information at police disposal, revealed that the victim was allegedly kidnapped by the suspects, who held her captive for two days.
