Today, KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Mr Mxolisi Kaunda rode in a train from Shakaskraal to Stanger to create awareness about crime and to assess train operations in the area.
A few months ago, train operations in the North Coast corridor were suspended following cable theft and aging infrastructure.
