A fatal shooting incident reported on Baker street in the Durban CBD near Durban High Court has claimed the lives of four people, two men and two women, a short while ago.
Rescue Care paramedics are on scene and operations director, Garrith Jamieson, confirmed the incident and fatalities.
Three other people have been critically injured in the shooting.
All relevant authorities are on scene.
The scene is still active.
The circumstances surrounding the deadly shooting are unknown at this stage and is subject to police investigation.
