KwaZulu-Natal: At 17H06 Tuesday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a Pedestrian vehicle collision on the M4 north bound near Desainager Tongaat.
Reports from the scene indicate that a young male aged eleven was struck down by a light motor vehicle while crossing the road.
The passenger of the vehicle had also sustained minor injuries in the impact.
Both patients were treated on scene and once stabilized was transported by ambulance to hospital for further assessment.
