Centane Police arrested a 24-year-old man for alleged murder of 24-year-old Sizakele Sikhumba. The suspect was arrested on Sunday, 07 April 2019 at Centane. It is alleged that both men were from a traditional ceremony that was held at Theko Fihla Locality, Thuthurha Village, Centane.
The two men had an argument while on their way to their various homes at Jojweni Locality, Holela Village, Centane. The suspect is alleged to have drawn his knife and fatally wounded the deceased. The deceased suffered upper body injuries. The crime was committed on Sunday, 07 April 2019 at about 02:30.
The suspect will appear before the Centane Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, 09 April 2019 on a murder charge.
