KwaZulu-Natal: At 14H09 Thursday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Higginson Highway just before the Welbedacht offramp in Chatsworth.
Reports from the scene indicate that a bakkie and car were involved in a collision.
Paramedics assessed the scene and found that the occupants of the bakkie escaped injury.
The driver of the car an adult female who was also the sole occupant in the car sustained moderate injuries.
She was treated on the scene and once stabilised was transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
