The neighbouring Alpha Alarms client witnessed the break-in in progress and immediately activated his panic alarm.
The brazen suspects gained entry into the house by forcing open a burglar guard and window.
They are alleged to have grabbed items and fled.
The neighbour opened up the premises and joined by Alpha Alarms Response discovered that a TV appeared to be missing.
It is unknown what other items were taken.
