On the R101 at Naboom Fontein road in Mokopane Police area, a Hyndai sedan crashed head-on with a Chevrolet sedan.
The one driver of about 26 years of age died on the scene. The other driver and a passenger sustained serious injuries.
One passenger sustained slight injuries.
