Umlazi SAPS is appealing to the members of the community for assistance with regards to locating a missing person Mphumeleli Ludwick Ndlovu (35) who is residing at Umlazi. He was last seen at Umlazi on 8 May 2019 and since then he has never returned home. He is tall, average built with black short hair. He was last seen wearing navy track pants and white tekkies.
