WESTERN CAPE – The Bellville FCS unit is seeking the assistance of the public to identify an unknown female who was found in Plattekloof on 26 July 2019.
She is in her thirties with long black hair and is unable to provide her name and address. At the time that she was found, she was wearing blue denim with a pink jersey.
