Jan Kempdorp police is looking for Ismael Ruiters (53) who went missing from Jan Kempdorp on 06 July 2019. He is 1, 5 meters tall, average posture, dark in complexion, bald, has brown eyes and has a scar on the back of his head.
He is epileptic and struggles to speak. He was wearing a green tracksuit pants, a yellow T-shirt and a grey jersey with black sneakers.
Ismael was last seen on the open space in front of Ruk en Pluk, Jan Kempdorp. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact D/Cst GP Horing 082 511 8467. The investigation continues.
