KwaZulu-Natal: At 05H24 Saturday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N3 South bound just before the Hilton onramp.
Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light delivery vehicle lost control resulting in the vehicle crossing the center median coming to rest against an embankment.
The occupants, two adults and two minors sustained minor to moderate injuries.
Once treated all the patients were transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
