Sterkspruit SAPS nabs three suspects for possession of stolen property

EASTERN CAPE – Sterkspruit Police Sector Managers arrested three suspects in possession of stolen items in Section 1, Tienbank A/A locality, on 18 September 2019. The members of the SAPS followed up on information that led to the search of various houses and the ultimate arrest of three suspects.

Among the goods recovered was a flat-screen LG 32cm television, Lenovo laptop, wielding machine rods, a Magnum Commander grass-cutter, wielding products, and groceries.

The suspects were also linked to other five (5) pending residential burglary cases. Sterkspruit Station Commander, Colonel Baninzi, commended the good work done by the members and their dedicated efforts which effected the arrests.

The three suspects are expected to appear in court soon.
