This afternoon at approximately 1:30 pm, Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the N11 Madadeni road for an accident.
When the services arrived they found that a taxi and car had collided.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that 1 person had stationed serious injuries, while 3 more had sustained minor injuries.
All the patients were treated on scene and transported to a hospital.
The cause of the accident is not known, authorities are investigating.
