This morning at approximately 9:30 Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service was called to Shelly Beach Spar for a person that collapsed outside the Spar.
When paramedics arrived they found Dr Pillay and bystanders doing CPR on the patient. Paramedics quickly started Advanced Cardiac Life Support and were able to revive the patient successfully.
The patient was then transported to a local hospital where the patient is doing very well.
