This morning at approximately 10:00, Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to Alan street for reports of an accident.
When emergency services arrived they found that 2 cars had been involved in a rear-end collision.
When paramedics assessed the scene they found that 2 occupants had sustained serious injuries. The patients were treated on the scene after which they were transported to the hospital for further care.
The cause of the accident is not known authorities are investigating.
