Emer-G-Med responded to the corner of Main Road and Maple Road in Kyalami for two patients who were shot in an alleged hijacking.
Unfortunately, one patient was declared deceased on scene while the other patient was rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
Local authorities were on scene for investigations.
