NORTHERN CAPE – The Namakwa Cluster Community Police Board and Calvinia CPF celebrated Reading Out Loud Day at Hantam and Calvinia Primary Schools yesterday.
The book titled, “A day to remember”, written by Lerato Trok was read to the school learners in Xhosa, Afrikaans, Sesotho and English by the Chairperson of Namakwa Community Police Board Mrs Jack and her team.
The day was marked as part of the #SaferSchools campaign and also to encourage learners to read.
