Police have launched a search operation for a missing man and girl

Missing man:
POLOKWANE – The South African Police Service in Lebowakgomo outside Polokwane have launched a search operation for a missing man, Thabiso Fisher Tleane aged 35 years, from Koppermyn ga-Maja village, who was allegedly last seen at his home on the 15th March 2020 at about 08:00.
It is not clear at this stage how he disappeared but police investigations will tell.

The search operation was conducted at various locations including the surrounding areas, relatives and friends without success.

He is medium built and about 1.8 metres tall. The type of clothes he was wearing at the time of his disappearance is also unknown.

The Police are making an appeal to anyone with information about the whereabouts of this missing man to contact Warrant Officer Leolo on 084 039 9671 or the Crime stop number 0860010111 or the nearest Police Station.

Police investigations are still continuing.

Missing girl:
NELSPRUIT – Police in Mpumalanga appeal for assistance in locating 18-year-old Simlindile Lindelwa Masina from Haartebeesfontein Farm, Breyten, who went missing on Monday, 09 March 2020.

According to information received, on the said day, Simlindile left home and headed to Ermelo to go job-hunting at several shops in the area but never returned home. She apparently hitched a ride with a passing truck and during the trip, informed her cousin via text that the truck doesn’t want to stop so they must assist. That was the last time Simlindile made any contact and her phone has been off since then. She was wearing white All-Star tekkies, black denim jeans and jacket and a khaki t-shirt.
