A 69-year-old pensioner was declared deceased after he collapsed while shopping at a store in the vicinity of the bus rank in Tongaat this morning (Thursday).
At approximately 09:45 Reaction Unit South (RUSA) received a call from the Metro Police requesting medical assistance for the unconscious man. On arrival of Medics, the elderly male was pronounced deceased.
He is believed to have died of natural causes.
