Bellville FCS is seeking the assistance of the public in locating the whereabouts of the mother of a baby girl who was found abandoned on Wednesday, 24 June 2020 at around 17:50 at a medical facility in Bellville. According to reports, the baby, who is approximately two weeks old, was discovered inside a plastic bag and wrapped in a green towel. A case of child abandonment has been opened for investigation.
