Tshwane Metro Police Department officers arrested 11 suspects for being in possession of 142,2kg of copper cables at Pretoria West, Statartilerie, and E’Kia Mphahlele drive.
The Taxi was found parked in the middle of the road with all the suspects when the copper cables were discovered.
