The Police in Mecklenburg outside Burgersfort request members of the public to assist them in finding a missing middle-aged man. He reportedly disappeared on Friday, 12 June 2020 at about 16:45.
It is alleged that Lizo Makwembe left Diphale village (Mphahlele quarters) without informing anyone. He is an employee at Marula Mine. They tried to contact him on his cellphone but it was unavailable.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black jacket and grey denim with blue and white sandals.
The Police were alerted and the initial search operation was conducted in and around the area with no success.
The search operation and investigations are continuing.
