EASTERN CAPE – Investigating officers from the South African Police Service in Thornhill, would like to make an urgent appeal to members of the community to assist them in locating a missing 69-year-old man. Hans Basterman, also known as Lucky, left his house in Trongo Close, Thornhill on Monday, 1 June 2020 at about 13:00 and never returned.
Hans Basterman is about 1.7m tall and weighs about 80kg. He was dressed in a blue t-shirt, black jacket, and red tekkies. The word, “Love”, is tattooed on his left arm.
