EASTERN CAPE – Humansdorp detectives are appealing to members of the community to assist in locating a 62-year-old man who was reported missing. On Friday, 05 June 2020, Jack Oliphant (62) was admitted at the Humansdorp Provincial Hospital, and five days later he disappeared without being formally discharged.
