SANRAL: Level 3 Reopening of Customer Service Centres

As we enter Level 3 lockdown, we are committed to adhering to the strict measures put in place by the South African Government.

During Level 3 of the lockdown, please take note that all our Customer Service Centres in the Shopping Malls and our Satellite Centres have re-opened.

Your health and that of our staff remain important to us, we have acted proactively to safeguard our staff and customers. Whilst we are happy to see you again, we have put strict hygiene and safety measures in place.

All of our Customer Service Centres have been disinfected, daily temperature testing is conducted when staff arrive at work, all employees will wear their plastic shields/face masks and maintain stringent hygiene and sanitising protocols.

Customers are asked to wear their masks when entering Customer Service Centres, make use of the hand sanitizer provided and maintain the recommended 1.5 metres social distancing.

Trading Hours for Customer Service Centres:

Satellite Centres: 8am-5pm

Customer Service Centres in the malls: 9am-5pm
