Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the R34 Memel road for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that a single vehicle lost control and overturned.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found 4 occupants that had sustained injuries ranging from minor to serious.
The patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further treatment.
