Public assistance is required to locate 37-year-old Bilal Hoosen who was kidnapped during a hijacking on Mintdale Place in Newlands West.
Hoosen was driving his white Toyota Yaris with registration ND 407 825. His cellphone has been switched off since. The vehicle was spotted on Point Road in Durban following the hijacking. Hoosen was dressed in a grey jacket and a black t-shirt.
