KwaZulu-Natal: Yesterday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the M13 East bound in Fields Hill Durban.
Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle lost control resulting in the vehicle leaving the road crashing into a tree.
The driver of the car, an adult male who was also the only occupant was found to have sustained moderate injuries.
The patient was treated on scene before being transported by ambulance to hospital.
