KWAZULU-NATAL – Msinsini police are appealing to members of the community for assistance in locating Zibuyile Cele (35) who went missing on 7 October 2019. She was last seen going to a supermarket in Umthwalume and has never returned home. It is unknown what she was wearing during the time of her disappearance.
