Police launch search operation to locate a missing elderly man

LIMPOPO – The South African Police Service in Mahwelereng outside Mokopane is investigating a case of a missing person after an 80-year-old man, Jerry Ketetjie Tsheola from Pankop went missing.

It is alleged that the old man went missing on Friday 18 September 2020 after he took a taxi from Hamanskraal to Tshamahansi village outside Mahwelereng. He never reached his home after he alighted from the same taxi at Mountain village next to Tshamahansi.

He was wearing blue pants, sea green shirt, black striped blazer and sneakers at the time of his disappearance.
The Police conducted search operations in and around the area including at relatives and friends without success.

The Police search operation and investigations are still continuing.
