A business was robbed of an undisclosed amount of cash by armed suspects in Trurolands, Tongaat earlier today (Friday).
At least three gunmen entered the block manufacturing company and robbed an employee of cash that was withdrawn to pay salaries. The robbers then fled on foot in an unknown direction.
A member of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) who was on patrol in the area was flagged down by the victim and informed of the incident at approximately 15:57. Reaction Officers from Tongaat and Ballito conducted and extensive search however no arrests were made.
No injuries were reported
