The public hearings of the Commission of Inquiry into Taxi Violence in the Gauteng province will continue on Thursday, 08 October 2020 at 10:00.
The testimony will be presented by Mr Neville Dingle, Consultant and Attorney.
Mr Dingle’s testimony will include, but not be limited to the development of public transport legislation, policy and implementation challenges. He will further allude to the recent amendments to the legislation.
The legal team is in the process of identifying and/or consulting with other witnesses who will appear before the Commission over the next few weeks.
