A silver Hyundai was recovered in the Umlzai E section last night by the Umlazi Saps K9 unit, along with Alpha Alarms reaction officers. It’s still not clear where the vehicle was hijacked from.
The occupant of the vehicle was dropped off in V-section. Thankfully, he was unharmed.
One male was apprehended and was found in possession of an unlicensed firearm, including 15 rounds. The vehicle was towed to uMlazi’s Metro Police station.
