A body of a 38-year-old male was discovered in a churchyard in Waterloo – KZN a short while ago.
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received the call for assistance from residents. Upon arrival at the Nazaretha Baptist Church, a body was found lying on the ground with multiple lacerations & open wounds to the head. The man was declared deceased by Paramedics. The locals identified the man as a resident in the area.
A case of murder is being investigated.
