Two missing persons sought in the Eastern Cape

EASTERN CAPE- Algoa Park Detectives are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing a 27-year-old man who went missing on Friday, 04 September 2020.

It is alleged that on Friday, 04 September 2020, Lonwabo Hallam 27, from McKay Grounds Missionvale, was last seen in Kerk Street, Missionvale with friends. The mother of Lonwabo reported him missing on Thursday, 01 October 2020 after he never returned home, at Algoa Park SAPS.

It is unknown what he was wearing at the time he went missing, however, he has a large surgery scar on his tummy and a tattoo on his left arm with the words “Peace” xxvii and a crown tattoo.

Algoa Park Detectives contacted all the hospitals in the area to establish if they could locate Lonwabo, however, without success.

Police are apealing to anyone who can assist in locating Lonwabo Hallam, to urgently contact Detective Warrant Officer Sone van Dyk on 083 234 8126 or Crime Stop 08600 10111 or their nearest police station.

Elizabeth Nomathamsanqa Nombewu

EASTERN CAPE – Police are looking for a missing person. It is alleged that 60-year old Elizabeth Nomathamsanqa Nombewu was left with children on Saturday, 17 October 2020 at about 13h00. When the complainant returned home at about 16h00 on the date in question, he was told that the missing person left.

She is from Sheshegu Locality, Ngxakaxha Village, Dutywa. She is reportedly mentally challenged.

She was wearing a brown jersey and brown skirt. She is tall and dark. Anyone who can assist Dutywa Police is kindly requested to contact Dutywa Police Station at 047 489 1333 or Crime Stop at 08600 10111.
