KWAZULU-NATAL – Montclair police are appealing to the members of the community for assistance in locating Thembelihle Vilakazi (24) of Clairwood who went missing on 25 October 2020. She was last seen wearing black jeans, a white t-shirt, and a denim jacket. She wears her hair in a ponytail. She is 1.4 meters in height and is mentally unstable.
