The Minister of Transport published the Minimum Service Delivery Standard for public comment for 4 weeks. Comments must be submitted by 4 December 2020.
The Standard is published in Government Gazette No. 43913 of 20 November 2020 – page 91 to 103.
The standard will apply to registering authorities, driving licence testing centres and vehicle testing stations
